Mental Health Index

Mental health refers to cognitive, behavioral, and emotional well-being, and conditions such as stress, depression, and anxiety can affect mental health, which can interfere with people's daily lives. Various factors should be considered to measure mental health indices, including stress, anxiety, depression, work productivity, resilience, isolation, optimism, psychological health, and financial risk.1

However, although it normally takes a long time to measure the Mental Health Index based on various factors. SLTLab's Wellness App quickly estimates the Mental Health Index based on stress and resilience so that users can have some feedback on their status.

The Wellness App's Mental Health Index measurement was developed based on research from the Survivability Signal Intelligence Research Center (CRC), funded by the National Research Foundation of Korea.

Please use the Mental Health Index presented by the Wellness App for reference only and visit a doctor or care center for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
